Responsibilities
- Manage day to day performance of technical service providers and specialist contractors
- Monitor KPI and SLA performance across all technical workstreams
- Conduct routine technical inspections and compliance reviews
- Support governance meetings and supplier performance reviews
- Implement corrective action plans and service improvement initiatives
- Validate maintenance activities, technical reports, and PPM completion
- Conduct plantroom inspections and asset condition reviews
- Monitor contractor compliance with operational procedures and standards
- Support permit to work and safety management processes
- Escalate technical risks and operational issues as required
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and assurance programmes
Requirements
- Experience within technical facilities management and building services
- Strong supplier management and contractor governance experience
- Experience conducting technical inspections and compliance reviews
- Knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance practices, and FM compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of KPI and SLA management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within IFM, Managing Agent, or outsourced FM environments preferred
- Engineering qualification, IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent desirable

About The Role
- An exciting opportunity exists to join Macro's Managing Agent team supporting operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for technical governance, supplier performance management, operational inspections, and compliance assurance across the portfolio.
- Working closely with the Dubai based leadership team, the role will act as Macro's local technical representative, ensuring that technical service providers deliver safe, compliant, and effective maintenance services aligned to client expectations.

- Manage day to day performance of technical service providers and specialist contractors.
- Monitor KPI and SLA performance across all technical workstreams.
- Conduct routine technical inspections and compliance reviews.
