Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, resilient, and sustainable IT solutions
- Ensure technical integrity of solution designs and avoid duplication
- Develop and unit test complex modules in bespoke development scenarios
- Contribute to and review documentation for Functional Specifications and Interface Specifications
- Prepare and review High Level and Low Level Design artifacts
- Ensure thorough testing of Non Functional Requirements and conduct QA reviews
- Conduct proactive performance tuning of production applications
- Manage IT technical debts
- Enforce compliance with QRIT policies and standards
- Support development of SLAs and assist in release management
- Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and ensure timely fixes
- Assist in developing UI/UX as per business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of job related experience with degree, or 5 years without
- Degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Knowledgeable in DevOps and cloud services
- Hands on in depth knowledge of relevant frameworks/tools/technology
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and QA practices
- Ability to collaborate with customers and team members

Duties
- Design and build scalable, resilient, and sustainable IT solutions
- Ensure technical integrity of solution designs

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job related experience
- Degree in Engineering / Computer Science preferred
- Airline industry experience will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in DevOps and cloud services
- Previous experience in design and performance management
- Proven track record of identifying and rolling out innovative technologies
- Working knowledge of AI services and capabilities
- Hands on in depth knowledge on relevant foundation frameworks/tools/technology
- Good analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and QA practices
- Ability to collaborate with customers and team members
