About the Role
A leading Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor seeks an experienced Technical Design Manager to join their Dubai team. The role owns the technical design process across high-profile fit out projects, ensuring design excellence, buildability, and seamless coordination from pre-construction to delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all technical design activities across multiple projects
- Coordinate architects, consultants, designers, suppliers and internal delivery teams
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions to ensure compliance and project requirements are met
- Drive design coordination and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure design information is issued accurately and in line with programme requirements
- Support project teams with technical solutions, value engineering and design optimisation
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance and technical delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Technical Design Manager, Design Manager or similar role within the UAE fit out sector
- Previous experience working for a reputable fit out contractor
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial, hospitality, F&B and high end interior projects
- Excellent understanding of UAE construction practices, regulations and authority approvals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must currently be based in Dubai

- Our client, a leading Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor, is seeking an experienced Technical Design Manager to join their Dubai team.
