Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a QS role, with a strong civils or highways background
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor is essential
- UAE or GCC project experience strongly preferred
- Solid working knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract
- Confident operating independently and managing commercial risk

Role Overview
- They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership across a major civils project in Dubai, reporting directly into the Commercial Manager.
- This is a hands on senior position with full lifecycle commercial responsibility. You will be embedded within the project team and expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing all commercial activity from procurement through to final account.
