Responsibilities
- Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies across multiple development projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government entities, regulatory authorities and utility providers
- Coordinate approvals, permits, NOCs and statutory submissions required throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal Development, Design, Infrastructure, Project Management and Construction teams
- Monitor approval programmes and identify potential risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies
- Lead coordination meetings with authorities, consultants, contractors and utility providers
- Track stakeholder commitments, action items and project interfaces to ensure timely delivery
- Support infrastructure coordination, utility connections and authority inspections through to project completion
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Abu Dhabi regulations and authority requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or a related discipline
- 8 12+ years' experience in stakeholder management, project coordination or development management within the UAE
- Previous experience working for a real estate developer, engineering consultancy or infrastructure organisation
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi development approval process and regulatory environment
- Experience coordinating with authorities such as DMT, ADREC

About the Client
- Our client is a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi with an established portfolio of large scale residential, mixed use and master planned developments.
- They are seeking a Project Stakeholder Coordination Manager to lead stakeholder engagement across multiple high profile developments.
The Role
- Reporting to the CDO, the Project Stakeholder Coordination Manager will act as the primary liaison between the developer and external stakeholders.
- You will develop stakeholder engagement strategies, resolve technical and commercial issues, and facilitate collaboration between all parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies across multiple development projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government entities, regulatory authorities and utility providers.
- Coordinate approvals, permits, NOCs and statutory submissions required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal Development, Design, Infrastructure, Project Management and Construction teams.
- Monitor approval programmes and identify potential risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead coordination meetings with authorities, consultants, contractors and utility providers.
- Track stakeholder commitments, action items and project interfaces to ensure timely delivery.
- Support infrastructure coordination, utility connections and authority inspections through to project completion.

- Prepare regular reports on stakeholder engagement, approvals status and project risks for senior management.
- Support the successful handover of completed developments by coordinating final authority approvals and clearances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or a related discipline.
- 8 12+ years' experience in stakeholder management, project coordination or development management within the UAE.
- Previous experience working for a real estate developer, engineering consultancy or infrastructure organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi development approval process and regulatory environment.
- Experience coordinating with authorities such as DMT, ADREC.
