The role coordinates complex external works, utility interfaces, multidisciplinary teams, authorities, programmes, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Act as the central coordination point for infrastructure and external works.
- Coordinate reviews and technical queries for roads, earthworks, grading, drainage, utilities, and external networks.
- Manage infrastructure, building, structures, and MEP interfaces, including datums, setting-out, tie-ins, and handovers.
- Maintain interface, RFI, and action registers and close decisions within agreed timescales.
- Review drawings, models, submittals, and method statements for coordination and compliance.
