Role Overview
ARX is hiring a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer for its Riyadh office.
The role focuses on dry utility networks, including power, telecommunications, and street lighting systems, for infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee dry utility systems for infrastructure projects.
- Perform and review engineering calculations, network design, cable sizing, and other dry utility analyses.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate utility systems, corridors, crossings, connections, diversions, and interfaces with other disciplines.
- Prepare reports, plans, and technical documentation and review deliverables from engineering, design, and BIM/CAD teams.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, focused on dry utilities.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in KSA is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of dry utility design and construction practices, KSA codes, standards, and utility authority requirements.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and relevant electrical design software.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
