Coordination
- Coordinate between project managers, engineers, site teams, factory, production, and procurement.
- Follow up with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on pending technical and project matters.
- Support project managers in achieving project targets, quality standards, and deadlines.
Technical and Material Follow-up
- Review and maintain project drawings, technical documents, specifications, and approvals.
- Follow up on shop drawings, material approvals, samples, measurements, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate project requirements with the factory for production and material preparation.
- Coordinate site measurements and communicate requirements to the technical and factory teams.
Project Monitoring and Records
- Monitor project schedules, material requirements, deliveries, and site installation activities.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
- Identify delays, technical issues, or material shortages and escalate them to management.
- Ensure project documents and records are properly maintained and updated.
Additional Duties
Perform other project coordination duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to coordinate project requirements across project managers, engineers, site teams, factory, production, and procurement.
- Ability to review and maintain project drawings, technical documents, specifications, approvals, trackers, reports, RFIs, submittals, and records.
- Ability to follow up on shop drawings, material approvals, samples, measurements, technical submissions, schedules, deliveries, and installation activities.
