The employer is seeking an Estimation Engineer with a minimum of two years of marble-industry experience.
The role assesses project requirements, analyzes costs, and prepares accurate and competitive estimates for marble-related projects.

Project Assessment
- Review project specifications and drawings to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to gather information for accurate cost estimation.
Cost Analysis
- Analyze costs for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
- Use historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to support accurate estimates.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Quantity Takeoff
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Work with procurement to obtain accurate pricing for marble materials.
Estimation Documentation
- Prepare organized cost estimates with detailed breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
- Communicate assumptions, exclusions, and special considerations that may affect the estimate.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Sharjah.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience in the marble industry.
