Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the project document control system and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Receive, register, distribute, and track project documents, drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, inspection requests, approvals, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate document registers and ensure documents are identified, coded, dated, and revised correctly.
- Control document revisions and ensure only the latest approved documents are available to relevant teams.
- Coordinate document submissions and approvals with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor submitted documents and follow up on pending approvals, comments, and required actions.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare document transmittals and maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Distribute project drawings and technical documents to relevant site and office personnel.
- Maintain records of approved, rejected, superseded, and obsolete documents.
- Support project teams in retrieving required documents and historical records.
- Coordinate document flow with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, commercial, and site teams.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of project and company documents.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and document control standards.
