The role supports the Project Manager with site planning, coordination, execution, quality, safety, and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of site activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate implementation at site.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams for daily work progress.
- Monitor construction progress and report daily and weekly status updates to management.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as required by project needs.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
- Ensure all works follow approved method statements and safety procedures.
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and clients for technical clarifications and approvals.
- Assist with work schedules, look-ahead plans, progress reports, measurement, billing, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies at site.
Role requirements
- Ability to support project planning, scheduling, and site execution.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, labor teams, procurement, and stores.
- Knowledge of quality control, approved method statements, and safety procedures.
- Ability to monitor progress and prepare project status reports.
- Ability to support measurement, billing, and project documentation.
- Ability to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
