Role overview
Serve as the technical point of contact for interior fit-out and joinery elements throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, technical submittals, and material logs.
- Review joinery and fit-out drawings for accuracy, design intent, constructability, and specification compliance.
- Prepare submissions for materials, samples, and mock-ups and track approvals against the project schedule.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between fit-out, joinery, civil, MEP, production, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Raise RFIs and resolve design discrepancies, drawing conflicts, and technical queries.
- Liaise with consultants, designers, clients, site teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate material selection, lead times, and availability with procurement.
- Provide on-site technical support during installation and verify work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Attend coordination meetings, site inspections, technical reviews, quality checks, snagging, and handover inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, project specifications, and quality requirements.

Requirements
- Technical coordination of interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Ability to review shop drawings, specifications, material submittals, samples, and mock-ups.
- Ability to coordinate architectural, interior, civil, MEP, procurement, production, and subcontractor interfaces.
- Working knowledge of quality control, local regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
