Project and Site Management
- Plan, manage, and supervise on-site activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to assess constructability and site needs.
- Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and schedules, and report delays or variations.
- Supervise daily site operations involving subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
Technical and Compliance Delivery
- Assist with testing and commissioning of MEP and finishing systems.
- Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, progress photos, and other site documentation.
- Conduct site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, and engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Prevent unauthorized variations or rework by ensuring correct execution of drawings and specifications.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize manpower use.
Coordination and Project Controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, and logistics on site.
- Enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance on construction sites.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Contribute to construction methodology, sequencing, and initial project planning.
- Support the Project Manager with client handover and close-out processes.
- Enforce safety rules and stop work when unsafe conditions are identified.
Delegated Site Authority
- Approve minor on-site changes or methods within delegated limits.
- Direct and allocate tasks to subcontractors and site personnel.
- Request material deliveries, equipment, and logistics support.
- Escalate critical issues, delays, or conflicts to the Project Manager or upper management.
- Recommend approval or rejection of subcontractor work based on inspections.
- Deliver projects on or before deadline while supporting client satisfaction at handover.

- Ability to review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications for constructability and site requirements.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, materials, and site logistics.
- Commitment to enforcing safety, quality, and environmental compliance on construction sites.
