Role overview
Lead technical coordination across interior fit-out projects and ensure alignment between design documents, technical approvals, and site execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural, interior, and MEP technical requirements across fit-out projects.
- Review multidisciplinary drawings for clashes, inconsistencies, constructability, and compliance with approved design intent.
- Coordinate submission, review, revision, approval, and tracking of shop drawings.
- Review material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and technical data sheets.
- Coordinate with procurement and QA/QC teams before purchasing and installation.
- Prepare and manage RFIs and technical queries with consultants and clients.
- Resolve technical issues and propose constructability improvements and value engineering options.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, procurement, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain accurate technical records, revisions, changes, and controlled document distribution under company and ISO procedures.
- Coordinate as-built drawings, technical close-out documents, handover dossiers, and technical guidance for coordination staff.
Workplace activities
- The role includes site reviews and coordination with project, QA/QC, procurement, and site engineering teams.
