Role Overview
Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for fit-out and interior design projects.
Modeling and Documentation
- Create detailed 3D models using Revit and other BIM software.
- Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Extract plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
- Maintain BIM documentation and model version control.
Coordination and Quality
- Coordinate architectural, interior, joinery, furniture, and MEP models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts with project stakeholders.
- Update models based on design revisions and site changes.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with site teams to verify installation details and update as-built information.
Project Support
- Support designers, architects, engineers, and project teams with technical drawings and model information.
- Participate in design coordination and project review meetings.
- Assist in preparing material schedules and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in line with project schedules.
Requirements
- Experience developing BIM models for fit-out and interior design projects.
- Ability to use Revit and other BIM software for detailed 3D modeling.
- Ability to coordinate architectural, interior, joinery, furniture, and MEP models.
- Ability to perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts with project stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate BIM documentation and model version control.
