We are excited to open an internal opportunity for a
Team Leader - Project Accounting
- within the Finance Department.
- This role is ideal for a strong senior accountant ready to step into a leadership position, taking ownership of the project accounting function, guiding a team, and ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all financial operations.
- The Team Leader will oversee key areas such as:
- Bank & accounts reconciliations and monthly closing
- Service provider payments and financial controls
- VAT reporting and audit preparation
- Financial reporting and stakeholder coordination
- Team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in handling complex financial processes, and passionate about developing people while maintaining strong financial discipline and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong advanced accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and stress management skills
- Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
- Ability to work independently and lead without close supervision
- Strong decision-making and accountability mindset
