Responsibilities
- Supervise all operations related to property management including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement property management plans to achieve high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
- Oversee the leasing process including marketing, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements
- Maintain understanding of local market conditions and rental trends to inform pricing and marketing strategies
- Ensure properties meet compliance standards and adhere to local regulations and laws
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee maintenance and repair projects
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare monthly financial reports, and develop annual property budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in residential and commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, local regulations, and landlord tenant laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective leadership abilities to manage a team
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
