- As a Team Leader Front Desk, your role is to deliver exceptional and customer centric service to our guests, ensuring that their stay becomes a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- In addition to this, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the front desk, managing colleagues, and addressing any guest needs or concerns that may arise during their stay.
