Role Overview

  • Oversee Front Office operations with emphasis on reception area.
  • Ensure efficient end of day procedures and accurate reporting.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Gather feedback and preferences from guests regarding hotel services.
  • Maximize room revenue by implementing upselling strategies.
  • Participate in promotion of loyalty program, food and beverage events, and in house facilities.
  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve exceptional guest service.
