- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of recreational areas and equipment
- Assist guests with equipment rentals and provide guidance on facility usage
- Monitor the use of recreational equipment and report any issues or damage
- Provide information to guests about available activities, schedules, and amenities
- Maintain accurate records of guest participation and activity schedules
- Collaborate with the Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager to promote recreational programs and events
- Enforce safety rules and regulations in recreational areas to ensure guests’ well being
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to recreational services

- Participate in maintaining safety and security measures in recreational facilities

- Experience in supervising recreational facilities and activities
