- Organize and assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring efficient service on guest floors
- Provide necessary resources, such as keys and supplies, to Housekeeping Attendants for their daily tasks
- Handle guest requests and complaints with care, ensuring effective resolution to enhance guest satisfaction
- Inspect guest rooms regularly, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to the hotel's quality assurance standards
- Monitor room status and communicate effectively with the Front Office Department for efficient operations
- Report damaged items and broken equipment to the Engineering Department and follow set procedures for lost and found items
- Order Housekeeping supplies on time and manage inventory procedures to maintain sufficient stock levels
- Evaluate Housekeeping Attendant performance, providing feedback and reporting issues to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Train Room Attendants on Standards of Performance (SOPs) to maintain desired performance levels
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping supervision or similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures
- Ability to handle guest requests and complaints effectively
