- Participate in conducting shift handovers and Line DDS meetings.
- Support in filling out and leading the 14 steps of RTTDMS during line DDS.
- Ensure proper functioning of quality checkpoints and perform regular health checks on time.
- Communicate action plans to the line team and ensure timely and complete execution.
- Escalate breakdowns and downtime issues as per the escalation matrix.
- Conduct safety, quality, and operational checks including OFS and BOS.
- Guide and support the production team to ensure capability and performance in achieving targets.

Role Purpose
- This project brief outlines the objectives, responsibilities, and expected deliverables for the apprentice working on the Converting Production Lines at Al Nakheel Paper Manufacturing.
- The apprentice will gain practical, hands on experience in production operations and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in alignment with the company’s IWS standards.
