About the Role
Al Nakheel Hygienic Paper Manufacturing seeks a Key Account Executive to drive sales and merchandising in FMCG modern trade. Requires 2-3 years FMCG sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and English fluency.

Responsibilities
- Exploit and explore business opportunities with new and existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Interact with customers to secure prominent displays for company products and ensure fresh product availability.
- Build long term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of business opportunities.
- Identify, define, and report on evolving customer needs to proactively prepare for future product/service demands.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity to maintain competitive edge.
- Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all sales related administration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer sales activity to support management reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years FMCG Modern Trade sales experience
- Valid UAE driving license
- English is a must, written and spoken
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional administrative and reporting skills
- Arabic language is a plus

Sales Activity
- Exploit and explore business opportunities with new and existing accounts in an allocated area to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Administer the sales cycle from order receipt through product delivery and ongoing support.
Merchandising
- Interact with customers to secure prominent displays for company products.
- Ensure fresh product availability to take advantage of prominent positioning.
Relationship Management
- Build long term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of business opportunities.
Proactive Response
- Identify, define, and report on evolving customer needs to proactively prepare for future product/service demands.
Competition
- Monitor and report on competitor activity to ensure company products meet market needs.
Sales Administration
- Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all sales related administration.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer sales activity to support management reporting.

- Project and protect the company image through high levels of personal presentation and appropriate behaviors.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 2 3 years FMCG Modern Trade sales experience preferable.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- English is a must, written and spoken.
- Arabic language is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a stretched target driven environment.
