- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operations and recommending hygiene, chemical, and dispensing solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, performance reviews, and proactive problem solving
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and consistent service levels
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insights that strengthen market position
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge in hygiene technologies, IoT, and sustainable practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in B2B sales within hospitality, facility management, or similar sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce

What You’ll Do
