About the Role

  • Fine Solutions is expanding its commercial team with Sales Executives / Sales Advisors who are ready to grow, learn, and make an impact.
  • The role suits candidates with strong communication skills and a technical or engineering background who want to build a career in B2B sales.
  • It combines customer engagement, solution design, and business growth responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operations and recommending hygiene, chemical, and dispensing solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, performance reviews, and proactive problem solving.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and consistent service levels.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insights that strengthen market position.
  • Continuously develop product and industry knowledge in hygiene technologies, IoT, and sustainable practices.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales within hospitality, facility management, or similar sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
