Team Leader – Property Management (Renewals) in the Property Management department.
The role leads and supervises tenancy renewal operations for a property portfolio across Sharjah and Ajman, UAE.
The position reports to the Property Manager or Head of Property Management.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tenancy renewal lifecycle and lead the renewals team.
- Ensure timely contract renewals, maximize tenant retention, and minimize vacancies.
- Maintain compliance with applicable tenancy regulations and company policies.
- Manage properties and tenancy renewals in both Sharjah and Ajman.
- Handle tenancy contracts, renewal notices, rental increases, terminations, and tenant retention activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE property management or leasing experience is required.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on tenancy renewal experience in both Sharjah and Ajman is required.
- Proven experience managing properties and tenancy renewals in both Sharjah and Ajman is mandatory.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a property management, leasing, or renewals team is required.
- Strong knowledge of Sharjah and Ajman rental markets and tenancy procedures is required.
- Strong understanding of tenancy contracts, renewal notices, rental increases, terminations, and tenant retention is required.
- Experience handling a large residential property portfolio is highly preferred.
- Experience with property management software or CRM systems is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting, are required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
