SBK Real Estate is hiring a Renewal Executive to manage renewals of existing property leases and contracts.
The role focuses on client relationships, renewal coordination, documentation, negotiation, and customer satisfaction.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property lease and contract renewals from initial client contact through agreement finalization.
- Maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized assistance.
- Manage renewal documentation, records, databases, and compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Negotiate renewal terms with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contact clients before lease expiration and address potential renewal challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, including at least two years of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A bachelor’s degree or related field is preferred.
Compensation
- The advertised pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
