Role Overview
The Renewal Executive maintains relationships with existing property clients and facilitates lease and contract renewals.
The role supports seamless renewals and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking to renew property leases or contracts.
- Coordinate renewal documentation, negotiations, and agreement finalization.
- Cultivate client relationships and address inquiries with personalized assistance.
- Manage renewal records and databases for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to negotiate renewal terms.
- Communicate renewal options, resolve disputes, and address client concerns.
- Contact clients before lease expiration and develop strategies for potential renewal challenges.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or related field is preferred.
- Proven customer service experience is required.
- Two years of customer support experience is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
