Manage renewal processes for existing property leases and contracts.
Maintain positive client relationships and support exceptional customer satisfaction.
Renewal Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking to renew property leases or contracts.
- Coordinate renewal documentation, negotiations, and agreement finalization.
Client Relationships
- Understand client needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally and provide personalized assistance.
Contract Administration
- Manage lease renewal documentation for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records and databases for efficient renewal processing.
Negotiation and Outreach
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to negotiate renewal terms and conditions.
- Communicate renewal options, resolve disputes, and address client concerns.
- Contact clients before lease expiration and develop strategies for potential renewal challenges.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or related field is preferred.
- Two years of customer service experience is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.
- The role requires multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
Pay
- The stated pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
