Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering on maintenance repairs in various areas.
• Communicate new or amended procedures and ensure colleagues understand them.
• Control guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linen usage to prevent waste and over-ordering.
• Assist with monthly or quarterly inventories.
• Coordinate with banqueting and food and beverage departments to ensure areas are ready.

Experience and Qualifications

• High school graduation is required.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Two to three years of full-time housekeeping attendant experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is required.
• General administration and record-keeping skills are required.
• Ability to train, coach, and support team members is required.
• Strong attention to detail, housekeeping knowledge, and knowledge of cleaning and safety standards are required.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, inventories, and departmental documentation is required.
