Outlet Manager - Pool Bar Service - Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Pool Bar Service in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth flow of operations.

Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.

Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive image preservation.

Monitor progress against the business plan, forecast, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial and business targets.

Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.

Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations programs to attract patrons.

Monitor reports, customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to ensure successful restaurant concepts and services.

Stay updated with industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking to maintain competitive advantage.

Manage effective purchasing, stock control, and food cost control, selecting high-quality products while minimizing waste and loss

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business or any relevant field

Master’s Degree in Hotel Management

Health and Safety Certification

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant role within the international luxury hospitality industry; 2-3 years of which in managerial position.
