About the Job
The Fitness Instructor joins the Sports and Leisure department at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre.
The role supports gym operations, guest fitness services, sales activity, and hotel service standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain fitness equipment, set up the gym according to procedures, and manage towel and refreshment stock.
- Record guest activities and facilities used, verify guest history and profile records, and report unusual behavior or medical conditions.
- Promote personalized exercises and treatments, review fitness menus and pricing, and achieve private fitness session sales targets.
- Follow hotel rules, attend required training, and deliver professional services according to LQA and Jumeirah standards.
- Promote health, safety, and hygiene standards, protect guest confidentiality, and handle inappropriate guest behavior according to hotel standards.

- Remain calm under pressure and make independent decisions.
- Have a cheerful and friendly personality and remain flexible with guest requests.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
