Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to make them feel welcome.
• Schedule dining reservations and coordinate special services and occasions according to procedures.
• Handle restaurant enquiries and bookings using the F&B enquiry and booking checklist.
• Escort guests to tables, communicate guest names to staff, match the dining pace, and present menus.
• Maintain menu and signature-dish knowledge to answer questions and recommend food and beverage pairings.
• Provide personalized attention to VIP and regular guests, including awareness of preferences, allergies, seating choices, and privacy needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs while following Heart of Jumeirah service standards.
• Follow confidentiality protocols to protect guest privacy.

About You

• Diploma or degree in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera Cloud.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• One to two years of guest service-related experience in a five-star hotel.
