About the Job

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and support smooth operational flow.
• Develop the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, feedback, complaints, and the property’s positive image.
• Track forecasts and business-plan performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain service standards, food quality, and presentation.
• Develop marketing, advertising, and public relations programs.
• Monitor reports, customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Maintain competitive knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Manage purchasing, stock control, and food cost control while minimizing waste and loss.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a relevant field.
• Master’s degree in hotel management.
• Health and safety certification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in international luxury hospitality.
• Two to three years of the experience should be in a managerial position.
