Doha Bank is seeking a Team Lead – Enterprise Channels to lead development, integration, and support of digital banking platforms.
The role oversees Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, API integrations, and other digital banking services.
The position requires technical leadership and expertise in banking or financial services technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application developers and specialists responsible for enterprise channel solutions.
- Oversee design, development, implementation, and support of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Digital Banking applications.
- Integrate enterprise channels with core banking, payment systems, and third-party applications.
- Review designs, technical specifications, and code for quality, security, and scalability.
- Manage releases, deployments, incident resolution, and production support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, project teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support digital transformation, mentor team members, and lead continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of application development, integration, and support experience.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams or software development projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET or .NET Core, SQL Server and/or Oracle, REST APIs and Web Services, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Experience with enterprise application architecture and system integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking, financial services, or FinTech experience is preferred, and banking project exposure is stated as a must.
- Exposure to Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Digital Channels, Payment Systems, or Core Banking Integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS, Agile/Scrum, Microservices Architecture, and CI/CD practices.
