Role Overview
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Project Manager and Strategic PMO Section Head.
Support the execution and coordination of bank-wide strategic and operational projects.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain bank-wide project control tools, methods, processes, planning records, and implementation documentation.
- Support project objectives, indicators, strategic alignment, and integration with business processes and corporate objectives.
- Record project issues and maintain action plans, risk documentation, change control records, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare stakeholder communications, dashboards, requirements documents, presentations, analyses, forecasts, and status reports.
- Coordinate data gathering and document project system and process interrelationships across functions.
- Support budget formulation, cost projections, cost reporting, variance tracking, and other project financial controls.
- Monitor and report project indicators, portfolio progress, resource constraints, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications regarding progress, deliverables, requirements, and issue resolution.
- Document project proposals, success criteria, goals, benefits, schedules, costs, and post-implementation performance.
- Follow audit, compliance, procedural control, confidentiality, ethics, and integrity standards.
- Contribute to project process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.
