Job Summary
Support the Dubai branch and provide assistance with back-office operations.
Assist with branch accounts, financial transactions, payment processing, and related operational activities.
Branch and Account Operations
- Provide support to the Dubai branch and assist with various back-office tasks.
- Attend to branch accounts, including preparation of statements, regulatory returns, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager on branch account activities.
Transactions and Systems
- Oversee salary processing and other financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare manager cheques as required.
- Post customer charges, including statements and cheque books.
- Process entries related to ICCS, DDS, and FTS.
- Carry out standing instructions and verify vouchers and statements for accuracy.
- Perform other duties assigned by branch operations managers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates or candidates with relevant experience in finance or accounting may apply.
- Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Adequate computer skills, particularly in accounting applications, are required.
