- Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues
- Lead on new projects and initiatives across the Non Food Vertical
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Sales

Overview
- We are looking for a Team Lead Account Management to join our team and be part of our growth.
WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE?
- Monitor and maintain partner acquisitions, order growth, net fail rate and net take rates.
- Responsible for commission renegotiations.
- Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
- Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition and account management targets.
- Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
- Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
- Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.
- Management for reporting and support.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Logistics and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.
- Lead on new projects, initiatives required across the Non Food Vertical
WHAT DID WE ORDER?
