Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, driving high performance and motivation
- Own and grow key strategic partnerships across the UAE Food vertical, ensuring win win outcomes
- Analyze commercial data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Set targets and KPIs for the team; monitor, report, and optimize against them
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver best in class partner experiences
- Support negotiation of commercial terms and drive execution of initiatives to improve partner satisfaction
- Represent Careem in key meetings with high value restaurant groups and stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales, ideally within tech, e commerce, or food delivery sectors
- 2+ years of team leadership experience with a strong track record of developing high performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage cross functional stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Based in Dubai with occasional travel across the UAE as needed
