About the Role
Careem is seeking an Operations Assistant to onboard and train new restaurants and shops for the Careem Food Delivery network in Abu Dhabi. The role involves field visits, device setup, and troubleshooting to ensure partners go online.

Responsibilities
- On board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network
- Visit restaurants and shops to set up the dashboard on a Careem provided or restaurant device
- Maintain trackers daily, log all devices dispatched and ensure food and shops partners go online in a timely manner
- Assist with retraining and device troubleshooting should a partner face any difficulties operating our system
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Passion for interacting with people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and similar software tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated with a 'hunting spirit' to develop new opportunities
- Excellent at working in teams and collaborating with local, regional and corporate teams
- Ability to work under pressure with stretched targets and limited resources
- Tech / net savvy with a flair for E commerce / Internet led business
- Good knowledge of UAE Market
- UAE driving license would be added advantage
- Candidates will need to be on their own visa
- Preference will be given to fresh graduates

About The Team
- You will be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers on a mission to build Careem Food.
What You'll Do
- Field Training Job on board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network.
- Visit them and set up the dashboard on a Careem provided or restaurant device.
- Restaurant & Shops types would include large food chains (top tier), medium & small food outlets (long tail), flower shops and pharmacies.
- Maintain trackers daily, log all devices dispatched (if applicable) and ensure our food and shops partners go online in a timely manner.
- Assist with retraining and device troubleshooting should a partner face any difficulties operating our system.
What You'll Need
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Passion for interacting with people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and similar software tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
