, supporting a team of senior stakeholders (C-suite, Directors, etc.).
This is a high exposure position offering strong visibility across investment operations within a fast paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative and coordination support to approximately 9 senior stakeholders
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate investment committee activities, including agendas, materials, and minutes
- Prepare presentations, reports, and general documentation
- Act as a key point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support overall team organisation and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- UAE National with family book
- Abu Dhabi based
- 5+ years' experience in EA, administration, team support, or coordination roles
- Atleast 2 years of experience supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
