Overview
- A leading online retailer specialising in precious metals is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Specialist to become the trusted voice for clients making investment decisions.
What you'll do
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls and enquiries regarding precious metals products.
- Guide prospective buyers through the entire purchasing process by nurturing warm leads.
- Accurately process orders using the company's digital platforms and related systems.
- Manage stock reservations efficiently by tracking inventory levels and following up with customers.
- Support clients through payment procedures and resolve issues.
- Apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients.
- Handle after sales queries efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics.
- Contribute positively to the team environment.
What you bring
- Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 3 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or another client facing role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, reassuring telephone manner.
- Confidence using software platforms for order management or e commerce systems.
- Strong organisational abilities and proven accuracy when managing inventory or reservation processes.
- Experience guiding high value transactions through completion using a consultative approach.
- The ability to support customers with payment related queries and digital payment systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail when applying KYC/AML procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust based relationships.
