Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with a strong technical foundation
- Background in software development, engineering, solutions consulting, or technical architecture
- Previous experience moving from a technical role into pre sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and the software development lifecycle
- Comfortable discussing coding concepts and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Microsoft technologies)
- Experience with automation, RPA, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience with a strong technical foundation.
- Background in software development, engineering, solutions consulting, or technical architecture.

- Strong understanding of software development concepts and the software development lifecycle.
- Comfortable discussing coding concepts and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Microsoft technologies), though hands on development is not required.
- Experience with automation, RPA, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable (UiPath, Pegasystems, Automation Anywhere, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders.
