Role Overview

  • We are currently supporting the search for a Lead Human Capital Business Partner for a leading financial organization in Abu Dhabi.
  • The role partners closely with business leadership, reporting directly to the CHRO and CEO, and drives the full Human Capital agenda across workforce planning, change management, ER, performance, and talent.
  • It requires solid stakeholder management experience, strong ER/PM capability, and involvement in HC policy, systems, and ERP enhancements.
  • The scope is strategic and visible shaping people priorities, advising leaders, and influencing organisation wide decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic Human Capital Business Partner, advising leadership and driving HC strategy across assigned business units
  • Translate HC strategy into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and workforce needs
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, recruitment, and retention strategies
  • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
  • Drive compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals
  • Support development and execution of learning & development and performance management frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with HC policies and labour laws, while driving HC operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business, leveraging data and HC metrics to inform decision making and enhance employee engagement

Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM SCP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Overall Experience: 10 years similar financial services sector with at least 4 years' experience with growing managerial accountability in roles within similar operations.
