About the Role
Messe Frankfurt Middle East is looking for a Team Assistant to support their B2B exhibition team in Dubai. The role involves database management, coordination with accounts, contractor registration, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current
- Coordinate closely with the Accounts department for payments to suppliers and contractors
- Organize and manage the registration process for contractors, including maintaining detailed records
- Register new contractors in SAP and keep records updated
- Prepare invoices, LPOs, and maintain a summary of orders for suppliers and contractors
- Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and track holidays
- Coordinate with suppliers for stand construction orders and provide summaries when needed
- Consolidate and analyze daily action summaries, forwarding updates to the team
- Handle project issues as they arise on site, working closely with contractors and service providers
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports, including tracking revenue generated from late night work fees
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Requirements
- University or college degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organized, efficient, and detail oriented
- Confident communicator capable of interacting with various stakeholders
- Resilient, adaptable to change, and able to work under pressure
