About Messe Frankfurt Middle East

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Coordinate closely with the Accounts department for payments to suppliers and contractors.
  • Organize and manage the registration process for contractors, including maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance.
  • Register new contractors in SAP and keep records updated.
  • Prepare invoices, LPOs, and maintain a summary of orders for suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and track holidays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stand construction orders and provide summaries when needed.
  • Consolidate and analyze daily action summaries, forwarding updates to the team.
  • Handle project issues as they arise on site, working closely with contractors and service providers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports, including tracking revenue generated from late night work fees.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications

  • University or college degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
