What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on P&C policies, procedures, and UAE labour law.
  • Manage employee relations matters, resolving issues and supporting effective communication across teams.
  • Coach leaders on people related challenges, enabling proactive and confident decision making.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Talent teams to support performance management cycles, including goal setting and development planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, analysing feedback and implementing action plans.
  • Contribute to building a cohesive P&C operating model across Talent, L&D, and Employee Experience.
  • Develop and analyse HR reports and dashboards to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Track workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, and hiring activity.
  • Maintain accurate organisational structures and provide visibility to leadership during planning cycles.
  • Manage HR systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and process efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure timely completion of key P&C processes such as performance reviews and salary cycles.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally within a fast paced, international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE labour law.
  • Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence at different levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solutions oriented mindset.
