About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on P&C policies, procedures, and UAE labour law
- Manage employee relations matters and resolve issues
- Coach leaders on people related challenges
- Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning
- Partner with Talent teams to support performance management cycles
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyse feedback
- Develop and analyse HR reports and dashboards to identify trends
- Track workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, and hiring activity
- Manage HR systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support internal communications including town halls and newsletters
- Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives and recognition programmes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a fast paced, international environment
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE labour law
- Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data driven decision making
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence at different levels
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with proactive and solutions oriented mindset

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on P&C policies, procedures, and UAE labour law.
- Manage employee relations matters, resolving issues and supporting effective communication across teams.
- Coach leaders on people related challenges, enabling proactive and confident decision making.
- Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Partner with Talent teams to support performance management cycles, including goal setting and development planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, analysing feedback and implementing action plans.
- Contribute to building a cohesive P&C operating model across Talent, L&D, and Employee Experience.
- Develop and analyse HR reports and dashboards to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Track workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, and hiring activity.
- Maintain accurate organisational structures and provide visibility to leadership during planning cycles.
- Manage HR systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and process efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure timely completion of key P&C processes such as performance reviews and salary cycles.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally within a fast paced, international environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE labour law.
- Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data driven decision making.
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence at different levels of the organisation.
