We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Project Manager, Operations to join our Operations team.

Acting as a key support across exhibition planning and delivery, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of events across the UAE and KSA, delivering operational excellence and a high-quality experience for exhibitors, visitors, and stakeholders.

Show Planning & Operational Delivery

  • Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions from pre-show through to onsite and post-show operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Creative, Finance, CRM, IT, and HR to ensure operational requirements are delivered effectively
  • Manage operational timelines and workflows using project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Support show budget tracking and maintain visibility of operational costs throughout the project lifecycle

Venue & Supplier Management

  • Liaise closely with venues across the UAE and KSA including DWTC and other exhibition centres
  • Coordinate venue services including security, housekeeping, catering, rigging, health & safety, and logistics
  • Manage communication with appointed contractors, suppliers, and service partners to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Attend planning, kickoff, and final operational meetings with venue stakeholders and partners

Exhibitor & Technical Coordination

  • Work alongside Technical teams to ensure floorplans, exhibitor portals, and operational requirements are delivered within agreed timelines
  • Support exhibitors and third-party suppliers with operational planning and onsite participation requirements
  • Oversee show build-up and breakdown, ensuring compliance with venue regulations and tenancy schedules

Event Features, Branding & Activations

  • Coordinate exhibition signage, sponsorship branding, feature areas, VIP lounges, conferences, awards, and event activations
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative Studio, and external partners to ensure all deliverables are executed to a high standard and within deadlines

Logistics, Registration & General Operations

  • Support shipping, customs clearance, onsite handling, registration requirements, staffing coordination, catering, internet, badges, and event materials
  • Assist with post-show reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes

Accounting & Budget Management

  • Coordinate purchase orders, supplier quotations, and operational expenditure tracking in line with company procedures
  • Monitor budgets and support cost control throughout the planning and delivery cycle

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience within exhibition or event operations, ideally in the UAE or KSA market
  • Strong understanding of exhibition planning, venue operations, and supplier coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on and collaborative approach
