Messe Frankfurt Middle East seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for Beautyworld Middle East, a major B2B exhibition. The role involves developing end-to-end marketing strategy, managing a team, and delivering integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end to end marketing strategy for Beautyworld Middle East, driving exhibitor acquisition, visitor attendance, retention and brand growth.
- Lead and inspire a team of Marketing Executives, setting clear direction, mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, high performance culture.
- Deliver integrated multi channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, content, media partnerships and paid advertising.
- Define audience segmentation and data driven marketing strategies in partnership with CRM and third party data providers to maximise campaign performance.
- Manage substantial marketing budgets, allocating investment effectively to maximise ROI and achieve commercial KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, creative, PR, global brand teams and external agencies to deliver best in class marketing campaigns.
- Lead campaign messaging, creative direction and brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and alignment with global brand standards.
- Analyse campaign performance, market trends and customer insights to continuously optimise marketing activity and improve conversion.
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign performance updates to senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with exhibitors, media partners and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence and support commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns, ideally within exhibitions, events or large scale international environments.
- Proven experience developing marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial growth.
- Previous experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, CRM, marketing automation and campaign analytics.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies to deliver high impact campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, content strategy, social media, PR and paid media.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate customer insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, creative and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
