About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive exhibition stand sales, sponsorship, and additional revenue streams across assigned events and portfolios
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market positioning, and growth targets
- Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis, sector expansion, and product development
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs to ensure commercial targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and industry partners to maximise retention, rebooking, and upselling opportunities
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business through prospecting, networking, virtual meetings, and face to face sales activity
- Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer service throughout the full event lifecycle
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting data, and client records within CRM systems
- Support the strategic development and optimisation of exhibition floorplans to maximise revenue and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on pricing strategies, space allocation, and commercial positioning
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, media, sponsorship, or a related commercial environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Excellent relationship management, networking, and consultative selling skills
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers across international markets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is advantageous)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring
