- Recent and consistent involvement in extra curricular activities

Job Description
- Aldar Education are seeking a Teacher Social Studies (UAE National) for one of our schools commencing in the beginning of the Academic Year 2026/27.
- The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.
Main Responsibilities
- To deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Teamwork and collaboration: be a good communicator, develop positive relationships, work alongside fellow teachers, liaise with colleagues, work with parents.
- Teaching and learning: clear understanding of the Curriculum, organise classroom provision, plan and present sessions, motivate pupils, observe and assess children, be reflective.
- Assessment and data: take responsibility for class progress, use Target Tracker, use data to influence planning, provide feedback to parents.
- Behaviour management and duties: follow behaviour policy, manage classes effectively, maintain good relationships, be a positive role model, have high expectations.
- Wider professional responsibilities: work as part of curriculum action group, support school events, communicate with parents, contribute to wider life of school, run a weekly ECA.
Requirements
