Job Overview

  • Aldar Education is seeking a Manager Parent Relations to support owned and operated schools in the UAE.
  • The role ensures impeccable customer service to parents and visitors, supporting student recruitment and retention.

Main Duties

  • Provides high quality customer service to potential and existing customers.
  • Manages students' and parents' satisfaction to contribute to retention and enrolment targets.
  • Develops retention strategies to support enrolment targets.
  • Ensures the Admission process is compliant.
  • Develops marketing strategies and content calendars for social platforms.
  • Builds strong relationships with parents to assist with student retention.
  • Oversees the Reception team to ensure high standard customer service.
  • Supports in creating compelling marketing materials.

Delivering Customer Excellence

  • Delivers high quality customer service to all visitors and staff.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with existing parents.
  • Offers guidance through the student registration and admission process.
  • Manages parent feedback and escalates cases.
  • Develops school improvement plans based on customer feedback.
  • Supports reception with phone calls and ensures reception area is tidy.

Marketing & Events

  • Measures and reports CX and Marketing activities weekly.
  • Participates in activations and events to generate enrolments.
  • Coordinates parent/community events.
  • Generates social media stories and photographic material.
  • Assists with development and implementation of school marketing strategy.
  • Manages all social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Develops an annual engagement plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the region.
  • Customer service experience essential.
  • Experience in the Education sector preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic speaker preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent office management skills.
  • Good knowledge of child protection and safeguarding.
  • Clean enhanced DBS check or police check.
